Now it seems to there's an unclear place in Porter2
stemmer description.
Consider a word "abeyance". According to the rules described,
R1 is "eyance", R2 is just "ce" and the suffix "ance" is not
stemmed. However, if R1/R2 are calculated AFTER 'y'->'Y'
conversion and 'Y' is NOT considered a vowel, then R2 is
"ance" and "abeyance" stems to "abey" - which is the case
in the output.txt.
