I have created a new C++ implemention of these algorithms that is now
available at:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/porterstemmers/
One difference to note between this library and Snowball is that it is case
insensitive; otherwise, the algorithms are identical. Anyway, if you would
be interested in adding this to your Projects page or something then that
would be great.
