[Snowball-discuss] stemword example with spanish/utf8

Hi,

I tried to run "stemwords -l spanish -i README -c UTF_8" but this gives me
an error "language spanish not available
for stemming in encoding utf8' although the stem_UTF_8_spanish.c had been
compiled with the sources. The same issue
also applies to porter/UTF8 and others.
