latest ispell dictionaries for russian is always available from
ftp://mch5.chem.msu.su/pub/russian/ispell/

You may contact with author:

        Alexander Lebedev (swan@mch.chem.msu.su)

The word list is based on the early one collected by Neal Dalton.
After removing illegal words and adding many new rules and words, the
dictionaries contain now over 96,000 basic words and produce over
914,000 related words (compared to 52,000 words in Neal's version).

Detail descriptions is available in Russian only.
