[Snowball-discuss] Question of forms generator

Hi,

I'm very new to computational linguistics. I was just wondering if there
was an existing project or algorithm that generates the various forms
(verb conjugations, etc.) of a word given its stem and enough
information (ie. part-of-speech). If there is, I'd appreciate pointers
to resources on the Internet to it.
