Hi,
two month ago the question emerged. I'm native Ukrainian and have
ability to consult Linguists here in Ukraine regarding questions. I'm in
contact with Ukrainian ispell group. We have some dictionaries already.
My final interest is landing Ukrainian stemmer into PyStemmer though.
How can I help in development of Ukrainian stemmer? I'm trying to catch
how russian stemmer works... Rusian and Ukrainian are not too different
in rules, so I hope I'll have a chance.
