python-implementation of
http://snowball.tartarus.org/algorithms/german/stemmer.html . I would deeply
appreciate if you (Martin) would publish it on your contribution site. But
please don't publish my mailaddress with an @ (kristall 'ät' c-base.org in
notes would be fine). I am planning to use the stemmer for information
retrieval in german law related (R-Grammar) textes together with other NLP
tools.
Btw, I improved the german wikipedia with links to snowball and made some
other references.
